Make 2
First part of the panel
Chain 121 or a multiple of 3
Row 1: Dc in 4th ch from hook, dc in next ch and in each ch across
Row 2: Ch 3, turn, dc across
Row 3: Ch 3, turn, *sk 1, dc 2, 1 dc back in sk ch*, rep until eor, 1 dc in last st.
Row 4: Rep Row 3.
Row 5, 6: Rep Row 2.
Row 7, 8: Rep Row 3.
Row 9, 10: Rep Row 2.
Row 11, 12: Rep Row 3
Row 13, 14: Rep Row 2
Row 15: Ch 1, turn, 1sc in each st across
Turn the panel to the other side and make one row of sc.
Attach yarn, ch 1, 1 sc in each st until eor.
Sew panels. Leave enough space for your head and neck.
Fasten off, weave in ends.

For each sleeve leave, be sure to leave enough stitches for your measurements. I left 42 stitches unworked.
Attach yarn in any place.
