Row 2: Ch 3, turn, dc into the same st, [*sk 2, 3dc in next st*] rep until eor, 2dc in last st.
Row 3: Ch 1, turn, sc in same st, [*ch 2, sk 2, 1sc in next st*] rep until eor.

For Odd Number Rows (7, 9, 11…33): Rep Row 3
For Even Number Rows (8, 10, 12…34): Rep Row 2
Crochet Top Straps
At row 35 we start the strap, and rep row 3.
Row 35: ch 1, sc in same st [*ch 2, sk 2, 1sc in next st*] rep 5 times.
Row 36, 38, 40, 42, 44: Rep Row 34
Row 37, 39, 41, 43: Rep Row 35
Row 45: ch 1, turn, sc in same st, sc in each st to eor.
For the 2nd strap: Skip 30 stitches and attach yarn. Rep rows 35-45.
Fasten off, weave in ends.

Border
Neck:
Row 1: Attach yarn in any place, ch 1, sc in st all around your neck, sl st to 1st ch sp.
Shoulder:
